First time ever going there. So It made it interesting.
We were going there to drop off my roomie's husband so he could stay the weekend with his family.
Well we stopped in Mount Vernon for something to eat. Well we chose Mcdonalds. This was our order for the drive thru...2 50 piece chicken Mcnuggets, 1 large coke and 1 large dr pepper and sweet chili sauce. A number 15. I asked if anybody wanted anything else. They said no, just your order. I ordered a Mcdouble. And of course everybody started laughing at me. Since I gave them a simple order right at the end. lol...Then we decided that Branson West Mcdonalds had much better food.
We ended up leaving Joplin kind of late.
We got in the car and was like hand out some of the boxes of chicken. Took one bite and was like nope, taste horrible.
So we made a pit stop @ Flying J.
To make sure that I stayed awake on the drive home, my roomie and I were just randomly talking about anything. Mostly just blurted stuff out.
We ended up getting home about 1 am.
