Just Plain Hectic

Since I started boxing stuff up. I feel like this picture. I never knew how much stuff could fit into one room. I just cant wait to get it into the apartment and get out of this cluttered room. Earlier I actually started getting a headache from all the boxes. I just want to get it all packed up and get moved in. As fast as I can!!

Thrift Store Shopping

As you know, I dont really like to shop. But this time it was important. I like going into thrift stores. Sometimes you can find interesting items. SO i sat down and had to think of furniture that i would need for my apartment. I knew that I had to find a couch or a some kind of chair. So I decided to look for a couch. Went to a few places, but had no luck. Then finally at the last one, we found the perfect one.
These are a couple of views. I bought some fabric to make a pillowcase for a body pillow. To make it a little more comfortable. The pictures were taken before the couch was shampooed. As you might be able to see some dirty spots. The couch will be good for me, it will add color to the white walls of my apartment and also add some character to my living room.

The Effects of Moving

So I have started packing up my stuff, to move into my new apartment. And boy let me tell you, it doesn't feel the same in my bedroom. So let me show you the effects of moving.

These are pictures of my closet doors.
This picture has like mini posters that I made of places all over the world, that i put on the doors.

Now without the Pictures, It makes it feel like all the personality of the closet doors are gone.

And without all my pictures on my walls and all of my books and other things boxed up, it feels like the personality of the room is gone.

Shopping

I rarely ever shop for clothes. Unless I really need to. And I rarely ever go to the malls here in our area. And if i do end up going to a mall, it would be more like window shopping rather than buying, just for something to do. Its more like, the shopping that I do is at the grocery store. Well, I went to one of the malls in our area, basically just to walk the mall for something to do. Well as I was walking, i passed one of the stores and right away something caught my eye. I usually never buy anything on impulse. But there was a top that just kept saying over and over, buy me, buy today, buy me now. And this was a huge impulse to buy this. And the worst part about my little impulse buy, is that it cost me $50.00. Usually i can get an entire outfit for $50.00, not just a top. I wonder how many other people spend so much money on just one small thing like that.
