Pet Stores

For some reason I love going to pet stores. I went yesterday to one, and I felt like a little kid. Im not really a big fish person. I always go for the small animals. Like yesterday, the store had ground squirrels. Strange to see them in a store. I would never buy one, I once had a great experience with them, I had one climb on my shoulder once out in Oregon. Then we looked at the kittens and Cats. They are so cute. Then the dogs, mainly they were different types of Shitzus. I wish that when we got Buddy, that he was small enough to be held like a puppy. Its always fun to watch the little kids playing with rabbits or other small animals. For some reason its exciting. Anyway, its always nice to feel happy when it comes to pets. Sometimes its the perfect thing for people. Wow!! Tomorrow is the first day of December. Where did the days go? It came up really fast.

Recycling, Go Green!!

I forgot how much fun it is to Recycle. Its actually not that fun. Even though its good to recycle. I had to go and take aluminum cans to get recycled. The last time I made sure I did the correct way of recycling, I was living in Oregon. We at least recycle here at home. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. (Wow, I cant believe I remember something like that, its gotta be a long time since I learned that.)

Recycling means taking a product at the end of its useful life and turning it into a usable raw material to make another product. So this is what I learned the other day, about recycling aluminum cans. (aluminum-a funny word to say) provides many environmental, economic and community benefits. So thats pretty cool. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!! You probably have been slaving over your stoves making dinner. Cooking those turkeys and all the goodies that go with it. As for my family, we decided last year that we were not going to do that. And so once again this year we are having homemade pizzas instead. Its much easier and quicker. Well thats it for me. Enjoy your Holiday Weekend. Just think only like four more weeks until Christmas!!

The Weather

The Weather lately has been driving me crazy. One day its very cold and the next its warm. Cold and rainy like yesterday. Now today its warm and sunny. Mother Nature needs to make up her mind. That's all i have for now.

Family Tree

Researching about ancestors and filling out family tree information is a lot of work. I have been doing it for weeks now. I have looked at old pictures, documents, newspaper aricles. I have been lucky, i guess, to find most of my info that i need. But I have yet to have all of my information. Hopefully it wont take me years to finish the family tree. Basically thats really all i do in my spare time that i have. Its sort of fun, but not fun when you get stuck at a certain part in the tree.
